- SMS Conversations — The full transcript of messages exchanged with the tyre shop, including questions, quotes, and booking details
- Metadata — Timestamps, conversation state, and interaction history within Clawdia
We collect your information solely to:
- Provide SMS-based quote assistance for tyre services
- Enable sales representatives to respond to your inquiries quickly
- Maintain conversation history for operational continuity
- Process AI-assisted replies and customer support
- Comply with Australian consumer protection and privacy laws
We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in.
Your data is stored securely on Australian servers provided by DigitalOcean Sydney, ensuring your information remains within Australia's jurisdiction.

- Access Control — Only authorized tyre shop staff can access conversations related to their customers
- Backups — Regular backups are maintained for disaster recovery and business continuity

Your information is shared only with third parties necessary for Clawdia to function:
- Twilio — Our SMS delivery partner, which sends and receives text messages on behalf of the tyre shop
- Anthropic — Our AI provider, which processes conversation data to generate intelligent, context-aware responses
- Tyre Shop Staff — Your local tyre shop, which uses Clawdia to manage customer conversations
We do not sell, lease, or rent your personal information to any third party. All third-party processors are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and comply with Australian privacy law.
Conversations are retained indefinitely for operational use, allowing tyre shops to maintain service history and customer context.
However, you have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To do so:
- Contact the tyre shop that initiated your SMS conversation
- Request that your conversations and associated personal data be deleted
- The tyre shop will submit a deletion request to Clawdia support
- Your data will be securely deleted from all systems within 14 days
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the following rights:
- Right to Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)

To exercise any of these rights, contact the tyre shop that sent you the initial SMS. They will coordinate with Clawdia to fulfill your request.
